ramblings of a wannabe rockstar

There are few things quite as fun as sharing a vacation with your favorite people. A couple weeks ago Raquel and I took a vacation with Tim and Carrie Bourne and their boys, and our dear friend Sonya. We went to visit my mom just outside of Park City, UT and used this as an opportunity to take in some of the best skiing this world has to offer.

Of course, we also stayed up late every night we were there enjoying some raucous conversation, and much more. My dad flew in from his new job in Phoenix to join us for a couple short days and went skiing with us as well which was a special treat for me. And, of course, we played Cribbage.

All in all, it was some of the best times I’ve had in such a long time. I don’t have enough good things to say about the people that we traveled with that weekend. I am so proud and honored to call them friends and be considered likewise.
